Terms and conditions

Please read all these terms and conditions and make sure you’re happy with everything:

These terms and conditions or a contractual agreement between yourself ‘The Client’ and Love Her Hair and Makeup ‘The Supplier’

1. SECURING YOUR BOOKING

The booking of the event is only confirmed once the client has paid the non-refundable booking fee (amount to the supplier (amount and details of how to pay will be found on your booking invoice)

Arranging a trial does not reserve the services for the event.

2. PAYMENT

Payments can be made via bank transfer and cash. The non-refundable booking fee paid by the client will be deducted from the final balance due.

Trial amount remaining will be confirmed and is due at the trial, any final balance is to be paid in full by the client 7 days before the wedding day by bank transfer, or on the morning if agreed to pay in cash.

3. SURCHARGES

If you have a larger bridal party I may need an assistant to help get everyone ready on the day, or for very large bookings we can arrange a small team. There is a charge to cover this, prices can be advised once I know your requirements.

Destination wedding charges will be discussed at time of booking.

4. TRAVEL EXPENSES

The travel costs for the booking will be quoted upon booking, any additional costs incurred by the supplier such as parking/congestion charges will need to be covered by the client, this can be pre discussed.

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

The client will inform the supplier of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The supplier cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any know condition.

The supplier reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behavior.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made by the client; your booking fee and any other monies that have been paid to the supplier are non refundable, this included any final balance paid at any point.

Any services deducted from the original booking may be taken as a cancellation fee, this is down to the discretion of the supplier. 

In the unlikely event the supplier is unable to attend your booking (worst case scenario's such as serious illness, grievience, or harsh weather conditions that make travel impossible) we will endeavor to send a replacement artist. If unable to do so, your booking fee and any monies paid by the client will be returned.

In circumstances, such as the recent pandemic, if the event is cancelled due to government laws and restrictions, any monies paid will be able to be transferable to a new date subject to availability, however a refund will not be offered.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY

The client agrees that the supplier may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the suppliers website and social media pages. This includes photos taken by the supplier and photos taken by your professional photographer if shared, if you would prefer not to have any photos used please let us know, we wouldn’t want to do anything your not happy with!

8. AGREEMENT

By financially securing your booking once the booking fee is paid, you are there by bound to and accept these terms and conditions
